100th post : to talk of many things (but not really)

1971009219_d0a7f42304.jpg

Wow! One hundred posts!

That many?
And,
That's all?
Funny how it seems like so many and so few at the same time.

I have finally met the milestone of Ye Olde 1ooth Poste Giveaway!

I am going to put the important parts in bold, for the skimmers.

I was just up in my workroom trying to figure out what I could put together for you. I was overwhelmed! I have so much stuff- I didn't know where to begin. I know I want to give you supplies rather than something I have made. Half of the fun of all of this is getting to see what you will make! I was going through my fabric, paper and jewelry supplies and just sat literally sat and stared for a while. I just can't make up my mind!
So, how about this: you decide!

You all know how this works, right? Go ahead and leave me a comment on this post and I will randomly choose one person to receive a yummy bundle of goodness.

*In your comment, please specify whether you would like a sampling from my sewing stash, paper piles or jewelry junk!

*Also, would it be too much to ask for you to leave me a little tidbit about why you visit yummygoods?

*Or let me know something you would like to see more of. Pretty please?

*I encourage you to  to leave your link so we can all get to know each other!

(The cutoff for the giveaway  will be Sunday, December 30th  at midnight.)

I have to admit that doing this giveaway makes me feel a bit awkward,  like I am inviting a bunch of people to a party, not sure if anyone is going to show up!

I know I promised you a little background on what I've been hinting at all these months, but that will be happening in the next few days.
I wanted to get the 100th post hoopla taken care of, ( as if there will be hoopla! ha!) then I can really relax and look back at the year and tell you all about it.
Ok?
The big reveal is imminent, please bear with me!

I don't usually use bold (I am usually much more of an italics kind of girl)  but it's kind of fun.  I won't make it a habit though, it could probably get pretty annoying, drawing attention to all these words just to make you pronounce them in your head with more emphasis. Oh dear. Must cease.

****And now, please enjoy some randomness in the color blue****

Congratulations on your 100th post...and...I'd like to enter! And it's a tough choice, but I must pick the sewing stash prize.

I just found your blog through flickr's organized collection group. I just love your style! Not sure what I'd like to see more of; I'm still working my way through the archives.

First CONGRATS on your 100th post....I think that is awesome!!!
I came upon your blog through blog hopping around - to be honest I cannot remember what blog led me here...but then I saw your creations and read your sense of humor and little stories and I have been coming here ever since....I like when you show your creations...I like to see what others are doing and how they come up with their ideas...I also like reading about how they are doing...which you fall into both categories....I also like looking at your pages from your art journal...I really have not started one in which I have painted or felt just a freedom to use...cannot seem to find the right kind of journal yet...(I know I can be confusing)..
I like seeing what you collect - your eye candy finds...your art journal...truly anything...(I feel so nosy - lol)
I like the way you take pictures...so seeing more of that too...I guess I cannot make up my mind...because I like it all - that is why I keep coming back...lol
As far as your NEWS - I cannot believe you are going to wait a bit more - the curiosity is killing me - lol...see I told you I was nosy...!!!!
As far as a prize...I love different kinds of paper...and I am in awe of your jewelry finds...but to be honest - whatever you want to surprise me with is cool...surprises are the best...I am so not picky - lol
I welcome you to stop by my little blog anytime...

Thanks for sharing so much here - I truly have enjoyed your blog...take care

I'm showing up at the party with a bottle of wine and some good thrifting stories, let's PARTY!!! Way to go on your 100 posts!

I find your blog an honest one and I really appreciate it. I would love to hear and see more of your great second hand finds.

And as for the prize, I'm kinda bummed it's not some of your work. So that's my first choice, should I be so lucky as to be randomly picked. My second choice is you choose. I'm trying to play by the rules, it's just so haaaaaaaaarrrd!

Mmmm your fabric (or sewing supplies). I love your fabric. Fabric fabric fabric. I gushed at you a week or so ago when I found your blog, and I ended up going back through all 100 posts and being so sad when it was over. Here's hoping to 100 more!

Oh boy, why do I come here? Such super cute items you show! For me to stick with a blog, it HAS to be visually appealing-my whole world revolves around color and textiles, so I need to keep the juices flowing. ;) Keep up the good work, heres to hoping I can add a little yummy to my studio soon! I'd take anything!
