On Saturday, after gardening all day, I took a nap in a quilt-draped hammock. Ahhh...Have you noticed how patchwork is even more magical when spread on  grass or a hammock?

I want to comment more often than I do, I so relate to your bouts with depression and a need for balance including time to be creative. I'm so glad you share it all. Thanks!

Oh, and it's okay being a loser here...not a random number with my name on it lol

You have such a great sense of putting colors together. The quilt top is lovely. Did you just randomly start to put the blocks together and build it organically? Or did you start with a pile of yellow fabric and go from there?

You have inspired me to try and do a free form quilt of some kind. Cheers!

The inside of our house is painted in shades of yellow. Oh how I love the way it counters the gray of the Pacific Northwest. Your quilt would be perfect draped across my living room sofa. So pretty!

how I love your sunny quilt top, so joyful and inspiring!! I have a pile of yellow, greens and browns already waiting to be cut and made into a cute quilt. You make me think of adding orange too. Love your fabric choices.
